Position Description:
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for working as solution leader within and across the development organization as to define size and realize business requirements and managing the deployment all the way through the projects. Strong solution design with logic, exceptional communication, and strategic thinking capabilities will be the key to success in working with the business team to gather and refine business requirements and translating these into executable blueprint documentation and IT solution.

Job Responsibility:
• The position is responsible for Enterprise Product (Server)Service warranty and entitlement functionalities and service delivery including
o Warranty/service contract data, machine and service registration, entitlement functionality Biz process and IT solution design
o Plant and outer system interaction with Service system
o Service entitlement solution design for standalone query and service process.
• Service fulfillment process solution design

Interactions:
• This role mainly works with internal customers, although it will have some external interfaces with vendors and other organizations.
• Internal customer interactions will mainly involve a Business req. discussion, Collaborate work for IT solution design, education/training to Key User, and trouble shooting.
• External interactions may require vendor mgmt. for their job delivery, onsite/remote vendor working time mgmt. and collaborate with vendor for solution design.


Position Requirements:
The candidate will be required to have skills listed below:
• Sound project experience/knowledge of general Customer Service business process especially enterprise products (server) service experience.
• Specific understanding of Manufacturing industrial post-sales Customer Service, and Server industry is a plus.
• Strategic thinking methodology of Business Process Design
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of SAP CRM implementation design on customer facing layer, and Ibase/service contract knowledge is key factor
• Complete knowledge of SAP E2E solution design, specially CRM and ECC
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good Presentation skills both in English and Chinese

Other Experience preferred:
• Have service business operation background and/or SAP project implementation background
• Experience in CRM Service module would be highly regarded
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in SAP consulting or internal SAP relevant project implementation
• At least 3 or 4 complete big SAP implementation projects and have played a solution lead role for a functional area especially in warranty mgmt., entitlement or service registration.
• Good English skill in both oral and written
• Excellent communication skill and be proactive to communicate with users and other IT colleagues
• Good team work capability
• Calm under pressure.
