Position Description:
The successful candidate will:
•Have strong English communication skills
•Take direction and seek approval from the team lead and PM.
•Provide guidance to local team members on a globally diverse team.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced global environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
•Possess a positive attitude and high standards for creative executions.
•Have a strong self-initiative with the ability to identify areas of improvement with little direction.
•Exhibit ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently.
•Have fine attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate end-results.
•Demonstrate creativity in problem solving.
•Conform to Lenovo’s strict code quality practices and guidelines


Position Requirements:
•Strong English communication skills
•5-8 years of professional software development
•Familiarity with Windows services, registry, and file system
•Experience developing WPF, iOS, Android, or Windows Store app
•Ability to design, develop, and maintain high performance and high availability systems.
•Expertise in C#
•Familiarity with C++
•Experience working with agile development methodology
•Familiarity with web service and IPC communication (HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Sockets, Pipes, etc)
•Experience with developing .net within Visual Studio
•Experience creating architectural design documents and other technical documentation
•Experience with taking direction from team lead and project manager, as well as providing guidance to other team members
