Position Description

Job Mission
Proactively manage relationships with the business teams in order to identify their requirements and to manage the full life cycle of the applications portfolio (from the design to the run activities) in Commercial and BI domains.
Key Accountability
Translate the IT strategy into an operational plan for Commercial and BI domains, including financial, human and material aspects.
Understand, challenge and formalize business requirements and supervise mediations between the métier(s) and IT possibilities and constraints.
Guarantee the design activities for any new applications project while ensuring the business cases elaboration.
Steer the build activities and manage all IT projects ensuring the quality, content, costs and deadlines.
Guarantee the operational efficiency and Service Level Agreements of the applications running under Commercial and BI domains and ensure that the necessary evolutions are recommended and implemented.
Manage all relations within his/her domain (IT/business/third parties/vendors).
Recruit, develop and manage his/her teams; ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organizational changes.
Watch the market/technology trends and spot potential evolutions in line with business opportunities.
Organize regular communication with business stakeholders.

Profile
Bachelor degree in computer science or similar
More than 10 years of IT working experience with at least 5 years of management experience in retail industry
Good knowledge and solid experience in Commercial and BI solutions including POS, CRM, SFA,TPM, Sales Forecast, ETL and MS BI etc.
General knowledge of IT infrastructure and system integration
SAP/Digital knowledge and experience is a plus
Strong project management skill
Fluent English
