Role Summary/Purpose

The Parts Specialist should well understand region business requirements and strategy, to work closely with region to manage China & Mongolia parts fulfillment, logistic, warehouse & inventory management.

Essential Responsibilities

- Keep frequent communication with service team to well understand the parts requirements incl. potential parts demands and delivery value information to parts planning team.
- Initiatively catch up any parts sales opportunity in daily communication with customers and focus on collection and communicating the valuable information to transaction team and supports on further follow up.
- Stock procurement (parts ordering / delivery re-schedule / pull in for Mongolia.
- Fulfill customer parts orders for China & Mongolia.
- Fulfill service orders incl. the parts order for warranty/ FSA/ OSA/ CMU/ billable for China and Mongolia.
- Coordinate international transportation and import process for Mongolia
- Logistic coordinator and costs control in domestic transportation for China and Mongolia
- Warehouse & Inventory management. (warehouse performance and inventory accuracy KPI owner)
- Design and implement site warehouse and stock distribution to support new projects in region.
- Manage Oracle System in parts transaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years in parts fulfillment and inventory management experience.
- In knowledge of industrial parts and / or service business.
- Excellent time management, communication skill.
- Team Player
