Position Description:
1. Manage team to accomplish professional Quality Management Business Intelligence Solution project implementation and solution option.
2. Communicate with managers from business team, analyze business intelligence innovation opportunity, and support business to extract value out of data.
3. Understand analytics technology trend, provide constructive advice for business intelligence architecture changes
4. Coach team, improve team technical skills, innovation capability and communication skills. Conduct performance evaluation for team.

1. 带领团队完成Quality Management Business Intelligence Solution项目实施和运维工作
2. 与业务管理层沟通，发掘Business Intelligence 创新项目机会，从而使得业务能从数据中挖掘更多的价值。
3. 掌握Analytics业界发展趋势，为BI新项目新需求的架构变更提供建设性建议
4. 辅导团队，提升团队技术水平、创新能力和沟通能力。完成团队绩效评估。


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 5 years of working experience 2. People manger experience is preferred.
3. Finish at least 2 full cycle project as project manager.
4. Have appropriate understanding for analytics technology trend.
4. Good English skills. Fluent in English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
6. Be self-motivated, active team player and be able to coordinate team for complicated task execution.

1.本科或以上学历, 5 年工作经验
2.具备People Manager经验优先
3.作为项目经理管理过2个以上完整项目实施
4.对Analytics行业发展有了解
5.良好的英文技能。 英文读写流利，英文听说流利者优先。
6.善于自我激励，积极配合团队工作并能够协调团队完成较复杂的任务。
