Position Description:
1. Storage or Server commodity Dfx and FMEA review on quality control, reliability and manufacturing feasibility perspective
2. Quality issue management: follow and fix boxline/field quality issues via failure analysis, recover plan, lesson learnt.
3. Supplier quality performance monitoring and process audit and control.
4. Closely work with GCM team for cost reduction and new supplier selection.
5. Assure supplier production capacity meet Lenovo demand from technical perspective.
6. Expand quality actions in suppliers’ site to continue improve product quality.


Position Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Storage or Server production and development is preferable.
2. Experienced in managing PSU, Mechanicl or SSD Supplier Quality Bachelor of electronic engineering, mechanical engineering or related.
3. Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skill.
4. Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000/14000, Strong experience in supplier & process qualification. Skillful in new project management.
5. Good Communication and great presentation skill.
6. Good in English and Chinese both in speaking and reading.
