Position Description:
1. Lead and develop development schedules for Japanese projects & productions and drive on-time deliverables to support the Offering Delivery Team
2. Actively communicate with world-wide teams to provide creative solutions that meet customer and marketing requirements;
3. Design and Develop software production for Japanese windows Platform;
4. Complete assigned tasks required by business on time and exhibit ownership of the assigned tasks, Such as: writing design document, implementing software features, function & system testing, defects fixing, etc..;
5. Carry out innovation and pre-research for production;
6. Report solutions or projects status to PM and Managers or more high level management team
7. Maintain project documentation and practice change control
8. Continuously drive process improvements through Lessons Learned and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
9. Participate in strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and optimization into the organization Position

Position Requirements:
1. BS and/or MS degree in computer science or equivalent;
2. Minimum 6-8 years’ work experience;
3. Proven strong leadership; ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and to meet aggressive schedules
4. Deep understanding and experience of Windows Programming technologies, Such as C++, C#. Familiar with MFC/Networking/COM/WinForm/Embedded devices programming or other computer knowledge is good plus;
5. Deep understanding and experience in OOA/OOD/OOP, Design pattern and UML will be highly valued;
6. Demonstrates independent, proactive thinking;
7. Ability to work effectively with wide range of individuals across a diverse and global community.
8. Strong Communicator in English: Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of team and management.
9. Teamwork spirit, Responsiveness, Self-Motivated.
