Position Description:
Work as Material quality counterparts for MOTO EE SDE, responsible for material quality( Mechanical Parts, Housing, Antenna, and so on ) for MOTO Products...
 Working with Lenovo/Moto manufacturing and Engineering teams to implement corrective actions for material quality issue. Ensure all production critical issues are resolved with suppliers and MOTO SDE in a timely manner.
 Provide support for Manufacturing , work with MFG CQE to finish initial analysis and figure out quick containment action when material quality issue happen..
 Ensure component quality & reliability; making recommendations to improve design/ test
 Monitor and drive PPM (defect parts per million) issues with the supplier and help them achieve "Dock to Stock"(Zero defect)
 Monitors each supplier's performance through measurements of production line statistics, incoming inspections and audits. Prepares summary of performance and communicates to appropriate management so that effective corrective action plans can be set in place if necessary.
 Participates in material yield improvement efforts.
 Responsible for specific tasks as part of a team involved in the introduction of new products or processes.

Position Requirements:
工作经验
要求  Over 3 years working experience
 Fluent English skills (spoken & written), Good presentation and intercultural skills
 Direct manufacturing engineering experience of Electronics and Electromechanical product assembly, Inspection and Test process development
 Has a strong working knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, with respect to quality and reliability, and general manufacturing operations business management relative to all functional groups. Capable of managing any project for any commodity.
