Job Description:
-Oversee district hr & admin work and support district gm to achieve district targets.
-Responsible for local full functions of hrm locally including recruitment & staffing, c&b, performance management, training & development, employee relation etc.
-Help district gm to improve employee productivity and employee engagement.
-Process payroll & social insurance monthly with accuracy.
-Organize or coordinate personal or team trainings and make sure personal development plan is implemented.
-Maintain personnel files integrity and update data or personnel information in hard copy or soft copy.
-Manage on boarding and leaving process.
-Lead and manage office administration and employee attendance.
-Implement hr initiatives at country level.
-Give hr presentation in orientation.
-Ensure hr policy and company regulations compliant with bsi rules and local laws;
-Assist in the expatriate visa, work permit application & relocation arrangement;
-Support district gm to deal with personnel issues.
-Play as bsi culture & value ambassador and create and maintain a safe, productive, and innovative working environment for all employees.
-Set up local communication channels which helps create an open and robust atmosphere.
-Other tasks assigned by district gm & hrd.

Job Requirement:
-5 years hands-on hrm experiences with bachelors degree.
-Experience in a global company or international company preferred.
-Familiar with labor law and local labor regulations.
-Good team player with good communication and presentation skills.
-Result-driven and detail-driven.
-Taking initiative with good business acumen.
-Good written and spoken english.
