· Build up a relationship with the China user community and the GIS units in the regions to ensure a seamless handling of incidents and small changes and define the optimum support model with them
· Support and maintain legacy and end-state business applications in Chin a.
· Build up knowledge on the SMI implementation by participation.
· Support Audit-related activities for the China affiliates
· Perform system administrative tasks e.g. user profile maintenance, menus setups, security setup, etc.
· Liaise with vendor to perform hardware and software upgrade and yearly Business Recovery Drill Test.
· Conduct orientation training for new employees on the use of applications.
· Support users in analyzing data captured and reported in support of strategic modernization initiatives of the organization.
· Ensure fixes or enhancements meet ELC compliance (SOX and regulatory, e.g., FDA), with additional emphasis on security and risk.
· Assist and lead in the resolution of urgent issues in or around the platform
· Lead and support the change and deployment activities with 3rd parties
· Manage and participate in development of larger changes (Continuous Improvement)
· work with global AMS and Development teams to deliver end to end services over a broad range of applications
· Work with global AMS and Development teams to take on responsibilities in defined other support area's
· Report to the team lead on activities, issues and risks
Support further defining and implementing the global Application Maintenance organization and processes

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or Technical certificate in a related field.
• Experience in Change Controls and Problem Management including handling of Production Data movement/requests/implementations.
• Experience administering application service support in a Retail or Service related industry, including user/vendor support.
• Openess to learn new platforms and technologies
