Responsibilities:

Forecasting

-Prepare and monitor the forecast for the 3 categories (Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare) selling items in travel retail according to the Global and Regional guidelines
- Prepare proposed orders to Operators' Buyers based on forecast and budget
- Negotiate order budget on a monthly basis with Operators' Buyers
- Prepare shipment schedule with monthly purchase order amount and requested delivery date
- Control sell-in figures with budget

- Review and analyze Budget plan by preparing reports for budgeting cycle, Marketing Plan, and Business Review

Inventory management
- Keep track of monthly sell-in and sell-thru figures
- Monitor healthy stock level
- Monitor the destructions/ write-off of discontinued, expired, damaged products on a monthly basis
- Manage stock movement inter-market in case of excess (release) or shortage (take)
- In charge of the logistics and implementation of the Sanya product labeling
- Deal with Product quality issues with Regional TR team

Communication

- Regular communication with China local teams to optimize the resources:
A. Marketing (Product & Forecasting) team for sharing of domestic marketing calendar/ activities, and China specific product information (for Sanya)
B. Registration team regarding product registration and MOH license (for Sanya)
- Work closely with Regional Forecasting team for review and validation of forecast
- Participate to monthly validation meeting with regional team via teleconference
- Analyze monthly sales reports

Requirements:
- University graduate

- 5+ years Forecasting/Supply Chain management experience in cosmetics field or luxury business
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
- Strong numerical sense
- Detail-oriented and strong self-organization required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skill proficiency (MS Office programs); especially well versed in Excel

- Taste for color
