Position Description:
• Support the ANZ reporting team with a series of day to day tasks
• Maintain the product information in existing database
• Support admin activities through Salesforce.com
• Support peak load periods for quota setting, attainment, reporting
• Load and send the daily management report for ANZ
• Load & quality check the daily sell-thru, inventory, aged for SMB
• Deliver the daily Pipeline reporting for the Relationship business
• Create and send the customised daily backlog management report
• Create and execute marketing campaigns from SFDC as required
• Support the SMB analyst with creation of Partner target letters
• Conduct weekly checking of product data, and work with Product team to clean up

Position Requirements:
• Skilled in MS Excel and data manipulation
• Ability to investigate and trouble shoot reporting issues, and ensure the data is accurate for user consumption
• Ability to collect and document reporting requirements, and develop reporting using iterative process
• Intermediate skills in MS SQL an advantage, select statements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills English
• Willingness to work in a constantly changing environment
• Strong sense of customer service
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
o Self-assess reports to ensure data accuracy and that the output is sense-checked for validity prior to submission
o Plan and prioritise time to ensure efficient delivery
o Flag potential issues to management and customers
• A demonstrated ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
• No hesitation in calling out problems, or seeking help when uncertain
• Willingness to learn Salesforce.com
