Key Responsibilities:
Ensure supporting documents are sufficient, authentic and compliant with Kraft trade spending policy

Ensure all payments are appropriately approved,correct vendors,recorded correctly in SAP,are reimbursed in time
Voucher making and filing
Ensure compliance of Kraft internal control principles and procedures
Coordinate with sales people and other finance teams Provide necessary advice and help to sales people and customers
Provide basic account payable analysis for management, such as prepayment ageing report, etc.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor degree, major in finance;CET-4 or above

Experience & Skills:
? At least 1 year finance experience, FMCG is preferred
? Careful and strong sense of responsibility
? Good computer skills
? Good communication skills
? Business English is required
? SAP Experience is preferred
