PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:



Responsible for timely and accurate execution of payroll process, following operations guidelines:
· Day-to-day data management and data collection
· Maintain and update payroll template
· Verify and analyze payroll accuracy by payroll reports
· Handle social insurance base calculation
· Prepare files for tax declaration and complete tax declaration
· Complete bank transfer process
· Produce off-cycle payments for terminated employees
· Monthly salary accrual and balance track review
· Other tasks assigned by team leader

Support team leader in payroll related service improvement, which includes:
· Process standardization and documentation
· Maintain and Update in Payroll operations manual
· Active contribution in ground service improvement
· Assist to complete Monthly management report
· Other tasks assigned by team leader
Support IIT tax audit and other tasks assigned by team leader



Ruquiremnet:



Bachelors Degree

Good English skills, both in written and oral

Had formal training/orientation on government regulation and mandatory benefits

In-depth payroll knowledge with proven track record in payroll operations

Working knowledge of HR systems (including SAP) highly desirable

Advanced MS Excel skills and basic MS Work skills

Self motivated demonstrating good analytical skills

Able to handle high volume of work & adapt to change

Able to plan and manage own time

Ability to work independently, multi-task, with minimum supervision

Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail

Understanding of Operational Risk, Risk and Control Self Assessment, Information Security, Continuity of Business and Records Management processes

Over 5 years HR working experiences preferred
