KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Master data and price discount maintenance
?Have in-depth understanding about master data and customer creation policies and procedures for the new holding company
?Verify and ensure all master files' supporting documents and maintenance are in compliance with Kraft policies and procedures
?Maintain customer data in SAP based on approved documents.
?Trouble-shoot any master data issues (urgent/rush requests, insufficient documents, etc.) and communicate with relevant parties.

Internal Control
?Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Altria/Kraft policies and procedures to guarantee the reliability of Master data process.

Sales & Customer support
?Effectively communicate & support with Finance and Sales function on master data issues
?Effectively communicate & support with relevant functions within PRC to ensure consistency of master data function

SAP catalyst support
?Support SAP Catalyst project and ensure smooth handover during cutover
?Assist SAP project team for future application form and approval procedure design



Experience or skills required

?University degree
?1-2 years working experience in multinational environment and holding/trading company experiences is a plus
?Related experience in master data role is a plus
?Business knowledge in FMCG industry is a plus
?Strong communication skills and good coordinating capability is required
?Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
?Strong computer analytical skills and ERP system knowledge (SAP)
