职位描述
Position: RTM Analyst specialist
Key Responsibilities:
-Performance & Assessment
Responsible to track, analysis and setting service requirement by RE (incl. Headcount impact), develop data base by distributor for regular DBP/business reviews.
-Building right service to cost
Support building financial analysis moulding and regular DBP/business reviews, financial analysis of different
options of RTM.
Support customer profitability analysis
-Communicate with distributor and field sales
Support to communicate news and best practice related to RTM to distributor and filed sales
Support to develop the different communication platform/tools between distributor and the company
-Regular distributor operation
Support to handle with regular distributor operation i.e. contract, sale target adjustment, rebate issues
-Personnel Management.
Support for assistant RTM manager to build the effective RTM organization, through plans/information communication, feedback and follows, ensure all commitments delivery.
Requirements:
Education:
-University degree
-Good English language in writing and translation.
-Strong Microsoft office skills, esp Excel skill
Experience & Skills:
-At least 1-2 years in Financial and Data analysis
-Business Understanding
-Communication, co-operation and relationship building skills
