BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position will support T&OE team on training execution & related project.
This position requires solid communication skills, good at handling multitask and setting priority. Candidates with strong competency on action oriented & drive for result is preferred.
This role is responsible for delivery solid logistics support to team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Facilitate annual training plan execution, including training preparation, on-site training support and after training follow up, such as training related material preparation, venue reservation, training evaluation consolidation etc.
2.Prepare monthly training report
3.Manage MOD Team Site
4.Manage training records
5.Contact with external suppliers
6.Assist on annual training needs analysis, data consolidation & analysis
7.Handles training related tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum 1 years' experience in HR.
3. Good at MS software, especially at Excel 4. Fluent in spoken and written English.
5. Excellent communication skills, planning ability, creative thinking 6. Be patient and detail oriented;
