Position Description:
1 Source and synchronize data from different systems of record
2 Develop data and information structures to support GSC Servcieability metrics and publish regular Serviceability performance report.
3 Analyze information using data manipulation, correlation, and statistical analysis.
4 Intensively interface with Geo and Funtion teams for detractor analysis and driving improvement action plan.
5 Well understand business operation rules and logic to build up automation solution to enhance Metrics report.


Position Requirements:
1 Expertise in knowledge and execution in data managing, mining, forecasting, optimization.
2 Familiar with MS Excel(Excel formula, pivot, charts), able to write Excel macro scripts
3 Proficiency in basic programming : SSIS,SQL Server,VBA,VB,C# is preferred.
4 Bachelor degree or above, minimum 2 years working experience in supply chain as a plus.
5 Good communication skills, including English and Mandarin.
6 Self-motivated, flexible and responsible, good team cooperation spirit.
