Position Description:
1. Engage with business team to review business requirements.
2. Refine business requirement from business process to creating IT solution design.
3. Engage across the development organization to create IT solution design based on Windchill platform including blueprint, functional specification writing, system configuration, code development, test scripts, deployment and post production support.
4. Provide system training to key user and operation team.
5. Provide Post Production Support with operation team.
6. Work with team to enhance current system stability and security, as well as performance and functionality.
1. 与业务团队讨论并整理业务需求。
2. 基于业务流程优化需求并设计技术解决方案。
3. 与整个项目团队协作，基于PTC Windchill平台实施技术解决方案，参与蓝图设计，功能描述文档撰写，系统配置，代码开发，制定测试脚本，执行测试并解决问题，部署并提供上线后支持。
4. 面向用户和运维部门提供培训。
5. 支持运维团队解决生产机的问题。
6. 与整个团队协作增强现有系统的稳定性、安全性、提高性能、改善功能。


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Java or J2EE development skill is a must.
3. Familiar with Oracle database skills.
4. 3+ years of working experience, PLM system related knowledge is preferred.
5. Sufficient English skill in both oral and written 6. Good team work capability 7. Can work under big pressure.
1. 大学本科及以上学历。
2. 精通Java, J2EE开发技术。
3. 精通Oracle数据库开发技术。
4. 3年以上工作经验，熟悉PLM系统或PTC Windchill系统客制化开发为佳。
5. 具备较好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
6. 良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
7. 能够承担较大的工作压力。
