Position Description:
1.Collaborate with the finance and procurement for FRU internal & external quotation
2.Receiving & uploading service partner orders at a timely manner
3.Provide accurate ETD commit to service partner.
4.Escalation window for service order expedite.
5.Provide recommendations to SP against substitution group.
6.Collaborate with WW Hub to ensure FRU orders shipped on time.
7.Critsit FRU order fulfillment.
8.Collaborate with cross function team to support FRU NPI fulfillment meet SS target
9.Parts commodity management for FRU demand passing to procurement, PR releasing and supply commit tracking for both replenishment and drop ship
10.Tracking invoice status and ensure AR collection on time.

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above.
2.5 years plus of supply chain or service related working experience.
3.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
4.Good at data process & analysis;
5.Strong communication & negotiation skills.
6.Dedicated to meeting customer expectations , drive effective business delivery;
7.Good team work & build productive relationship with internal & external business partners
