Position Description:
1. Lead ISP architecture and RTL design, deliver the ISP to lead industry with performance, low power and innovation
2. Team Management, coach and recruit key talents, build the world class team for ISP


Position Requirements:
1. Over 8 years working experience in IC domain, with sufficient ISP IP and Camera products
2. Proficient at ISP architecture, image processing & computer vision algorithm design ( C/C++; /MATLAB/R) and RTL development
3. In-depth knowledge of image processing technologies, esp. on Camera and computer vision technologies
4. Rich knowledge and experience in Camera image quality evaluation, ISP tuning and debug
5. Creative, Self-motivated, Good communication skill
