Position Description:
1.Manually correct system errors to ensure order flow to SOS Answer sales queries about supply and order status
2.Assure to maximize CA to meet Monthly&Quarter target Focus point for any order change/cancellation after released to SOS Notice sales order delay, slipping, missing, etc Execute according to existing agreed process
3.Effective manage customer returns, refund, replace, etc.
4.Expedite critical and aged orders to meet customer requirement


Position Requirements:
1.Good attitude with customer orentiation, ownership to support customer request.
2.Proficient English writing and internal communication and presentation.
3.Strong execution and quick actions to fulfill the customer orders and request.
4.Willing to work under pressure and working smart on duty on some China public holidays to support ANZ biz.
5.Better with knowledge of supply chain and SAP operational skill would be a plus.
6.Efficient with MS office and other working facilities.
Team work with both front Tele sales team and backend factory and internal supporting teams.
