Job Description:
-To give strategic advise and consulting service for WHS & Retail processes and systems.
-To build up a qualified team of internal and external people for definition and implementation of key business processes and systems to support the successful launch of the project in the sales &marketing area on Wholesale and Retail Level in Mainland of China.
-Defined key areas are CRM/Marketing, Sales planning-, organization and distribution as well as the Aftersales area.
-The deliverable of related consulting and implementation support is not just limited to provide management summary, weekly report of each ongoing sub-projects, and solution recommendation if there is a risk of implementation. You are also required to develop and implement an agreed business process and systems landscape for CRM , Sales Ordering & distribution and Aftersales within given and agreed time and budget, select the right qualified suppliers and build up and select internal qualified resources and coach them for future tasks.
-Develop and coaching of internal and external skills & resources for the operation and maintenance of the future processes and systems.
-Plan future tasks and budgets for a growing organization for more products.
-Monitoring and reporting of the progress, status and cost of the initiated projects. Escalation of conflicts, delays and cost, where necessary and advises on solutions for decision taking. Selection of qualified suppliers and resources for the design, documentation and implementation of the processes and systems together with Purchasing based on given standardized processes and rules.
-Utilization of existing, successful proven processes, standards and infrastructure within client.
-Support the client Management team on KPI setting for each sub-work stream.
-Prepare decisions in line with the given tasks and present them to different management levels of client.

Job Requirement:
-Excellent knowledge of International Automotive Wholesale and Retail processes more than 10 years in senior positions.
-Proven international Management experience in Automotive Business Processes development and implementation based on best practices out of at least 2-3 different markets.
-Well experienced in IT Systems & architecture suitable for automotive use especially in WHS & Retail.
-Experience with Contract- and Supplier selection and Management.
-ITPM experience and Quality assurance management (no worries about ITPM, but need be familiar with the IT project management methodology).
-Experienced to manage big programs and complex environment with proven track record.
-Familiarized with the Chinese market and culture, at least 3-4 years in senior responsibility in the china market.
-Fluent in English, could communicate with Chinese person with no problems.
