Position Description:
1. Assist HRM to implement corporate HR policies, procedures, guidelines in the manufacturing plant.
2. Assist HRM to formulate & optimize HR policies within corporate policies, procedures and guidelines, as well as local regulations.
3. Work as a policy consultant for operations team and be responsible for the daily process monitoring of HR policies implementation.
4. Facilitate the employee performance management system, ensure clear objectives, fair performance evaluation, reasonable development plan and mobility.
5. Assist HRM to build close & heath relationship with local relative government, get latest update on relative policy and make use of those policies to serve the need of business.
6. Assist HRM to set up efficient channels for employee relationship management, communication with all levels of employees, handle employee complaints, etc.
7. Work closely with management team of operations to provide guidance and counsel on HR related issues.


Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration, Electronic or related field.
2. 5 years’ or above relevant working experience.
3. Ability to communicate confidently at all levels across the plant.
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
5. Highly-driven and hardworking personality, with strong leadership skills.
6. Proven team player, with a mature attitude. Be proactive and initiative.
7. Good command of both English and computer.
