Position Description:
1. People & structure:
a. Setup and enhance the team structure to reflect the tech. change and business demand
b. Develop the team with necessary coach and training for soft skills and tech. skills,
c. Work out the operation strategy and define the metrics for operation work

2. Operation:
a. Manage X86 servers and virtual platforms with a team to ensure the system operation to meet the KPIs
b. Control budget for operation and enhancement with enterprise projects
c. Communication with key stakeholders for system fix, upgrade and sunset plan and get the buy-in before implementation
d. Drive technology strategy and operation roadmap for System operation of X86 servers and their virtualized platforms
e. Optimize the operation processes and policies
Security compliance for server operation

3. Enhancement & Delivery:
a. Manage the project team for on time & under budget with agreed scope for project delivery
b. Meet the project delivery KPIs
c. Continue enhance the project management process to improve the maturity level

Position Requirements:
1. Has ever worked in system operation of Linux / AIX and storage area in large enterprise
2. Has ever deliveried projects for infrastructure including end users, voice, network, server, storage etc.
3. Across team and culture coordination and collaboration
4. At least 5 years management experience
