职位描述
Major Area of Responsibilities:
1. Hoisting system design / Structural analysis & validations:
1) Elevator system design / calculations incl. traction & ropes, motor & drive, guide rails, reaction forces for buildings, etc. Design & optimize hoisting systems to get technical feasible & cost competitive & space efficient solutions.
2) FEM analysis / hand calculations for strength / deformation / modes, etc of load bearing components (e.g. shaft mechanics, support beams & bedplates for motors, etc). Give professional suggestions to component designers from structural analysis perspective so as to get safe & reliable & cost competitive & space efficient solutions.
3) Participate in / lead validation testing / site visits. Compare theoretic results with measurements & deliver professional reports with proposals.
4) Follow KONE requirements, dimensioning rules, and processes.
2. Documentation management:
1) Create “Technical Attachment” documentation for analysis acc. to KONE guidelines.
2) Create presentations for technical proposals.
3. Support project management work:
1) Support CDE / PM to prepare results / reports related to hoisting systems / load bearing components to get approval for project milestones / product certifications.
2) Support FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) / Re-use check as an expert related to mechanical strength / hoisting systems.
4. Other related tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
1. University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent . Master’s degree and especially a major in Structural Mechanics are preferred.
2. The candidates should have solid knowledge & experience on hoisting systems / structural analysis:
2.1) Classic strength theories of materials (e.g. Material mechanics, elastic & plastic mechanics, fatigue, etc)
2.2) FEM method & software (e.g. ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc)
2.3) Knowledge of mechanics vibration / dynamics is preferred
2.4) Experience on hoisting systems is preferred.
3. Candidates are able to read & understand 2D drawings and able to convert geometric models / reality into mechanics models.
4. Sound PC skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
6. Good language capability: fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English (oral, reading and writing).
7. Two years or above experience is preferred.
8. Good team player; highly self-motivated; passionate and pro-active; task / target driven; focus on details; good at problem analysis & solving.
