Position Description:
1、Quality owner in product lifecycle. Take quick response on quality issue and drive the problem solving.
2、 Regular review the quality KPI, take continuous improvement action.
3、 Find system problem and provide professional improvement solution, include procedure and process improvement.
4、Collaborates with relevant organizational units to implement quality solution.
5、Setup and optimize process with internal and external partner, and follow up the process implementation.
6、Drive /lead quality improvement project and promote quality mindset in supply chain level.

Position Requirements:
1、Min Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
2、At least 5 years working experience in manufactory. IE engineer, process engineer or quality engineer background is preferred.
3、Project management experience in manufacture, PMP certification is preferred .
4、Good Statistical knowledge with analytical and problem solving skills. 6 sigma GB or BB is preferred.
5、Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept and theories.
6、Good PC skills on MS office SW.
7、Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written).
8、Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess good report writing and presentation skills.
9、Could Make decision and take risk in change environment.
