Job Description:
1. Perform general administrative duties including mail processing, travel arrangements, expense reports and document management
2. Manage appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
3. Develop and edit correspondence, memo, reports and presentation materials
4. Support the regional sales team on sales data collection and report drafting
5. Coordinate special function events


Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. 4 years relevant experience in international company, FMCG company would be a plus
3. Very fluent in both English & Chinese for verbal and written communication
4. Detail Oriented and ability of multi-task
5. Good communication skill
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Be proactive
