职位描述
Be responsible for CNFES sales activities for assigned High Voltage Component products within assigned geographic area, to achieve individual sales targets such as sales volume, market penetration and accounts receivable.
1. Actively seek project information at early stage, manage projects planned or in pursuit;
2. Analyze and discuss project information with the guidance of senior team members or supervisor to screen useful information for target projects;
3. Provide quotations on a timely and accurate basis to customers;
4. Discuss details of projects such as technical issue, price, contract terms and delivery time with the support from supervisor and factories;
5. Perform necessary communication and coordination with the counterparts in BUUs and factories;
6. Keep good communication with and reports to the supervisor for Marketing & Sales activities;
7. Implement channel management & key account management strategy for achieving individual sales targets;
8. Maintain and update FES project database, prepare marketing information reporting on time and with good quality;
9. Ensure all daily operation comply with the company and CNFES internal guideline.
Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree, majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Automation related disciplines. High voltage power transmission product knowledge will definitely be a plus.
2, 5 years or above related working experience in middle or high voltage power transmission products sales or similar industrial product sales. Sales experience with Channel partners such as Distributor or OEM, or having the potential of team lead will definitely be a plus.
3, Basic English communication skill, CET-4 or above.
4, Good in communication and team spirit, hardworking and down to earth in daily work
5, Frequent travel as needed
