职位描述
Responsibility：
·Take the full responsibility/ownership in handling the consumer complaints escalated to his/her Zone
·To act independently within the compass of the rules of the company
·To act as the company’s representative in discussions with consumers
·Liaise with consumer care manager, city managers at his/her zone to handle the consumer complaint cases effectively.
·Take necessary steps according to SOP including face-to-face talk with consumer to ensure the conusmer complaint case is closely monitored and followed until it’s closed
·Maintain good relationship with government bureaus e.g Consumer Association and AIC at local level and get their support in consumer complaint case handling
·Liaise with PR colleague/Media agency appointed by HQ to solve the media related cases at their Zone.
·Update the case status in system and follow every necessary steps to close the cases in system
Sales Responsibility (50% )
·Work as NA /CRM Supervisor
Requirements：
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
·Minimum of 3 years working experience, end-to-end consumer engagement experience is preferred
·Sound knowledge about nutrition/baby care/IFT product
·Energetic, adapt to change and eager to work for a fast paced, growing company
·Ability to handle multiple cases under pressure.
·Good mandarin writing & speaking
