Position Description:
1. Project Managing LMEL top projects with goals, measures, resources and timelines.
2. Logistics Network optimization solutions
3. Communication between LMEL and Business Units / GEOs
4. Development of innovative change using new technology or process approaches that can improve the competitive advantage of Manufacturing and Logistics.


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above
2. Proven Project management skills
3. Better in both certified in LSS Black Belt and PMP
4. 10+ years of professional career with +5 years working experience in logistics area (IT background as a Plus)
5. The ability to think strategically, collaborates, drive results, evaluate outcomes and manage change in a dynamic environment.
6. Good Presentation skills and self-managing on expectation of communications
7. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, sufficient to build and strengthen internal customer relationships
