Position Description:
1. Engagement with global service business team to collect, refine and document business requirements 2. Refine this requirement from business process to creating IT solution design 2. Engage across the development organization to create detail IT solution design based on service standard functionality including Blueprint, Functional Specification Writing, System configuration, test scripts, deployment and post production support.
3. Collaborate with Development, System Integration to testing, debug, and troubleshoot issues found during unit and system integration testing 4. Partner with global business team and support the creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
5. Provide system training to key user and operation team; 6. Support Post Production Support with operation team.
7. Analysis, design and develop website based new function 8. Website system performance optimization


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above 2. 2-3 years of working experience 3. Have Integration technical background and/or SAP project implementation background 4. Experience in Website would be highly regarded 5. At least experienced 1 complete project and have deeply understanding about project life-cycle.
6. Good English skill in both oral and written 7. Excellent communication skill and be proactive to communicate with users and other IT colleagues 8. Good team work capability 9. Calm under pressure.
