Responsibility
1. Manage laboratory quality management system, including ISO17025, ISO9001, ISO14001/OSHA18001, support system implementation with plan for corrective and preventive measures;
2. Develop laboratory quality procedures, monitor the effectiveness of quality policies, procedures and systems in line with global and industry standard, and achieve department performance goal. Ensure the activity of each process is aligned with quality system;
3. Conduct and implement EHS program and regulation, and to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and requirement;
4. Communicate and cooperate with other engineering departments to solve quality problem and make continual improvement;
5. Conduct Quality Assurance & System training;
6. Support lab information system establishing, implementing and maintaining.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical/thermal dynamic/refrigeration engineering;
2. Experience in related industry field required.At least 3 years' experience in quality management field;
3. Proven experience with establishment, maintenance and improvement of quality management system to Standards such as ISO9001/ISO17025 and/or other Standards;
4. Experiences and skill of quality assurance practice, such as measuring equipment management, internal audit and document control, etc. Ability of analyzing and solving quality or system issues;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Self motivated with teamwork spirit;
7. Excellent command of writing and speaking English.
8. Lean sixsigma skill required, GB is minimum.
