职位描述

Responsibilities

The End User Sales Supervisor- Food Service is responsible for identify and securing new business in bakery channel. Once secured this role is responsible for driving revenue, margin, volume and customer service levels in the end user base. This will be achieved through enhancing customer coverage, inventory management, and effective forecasting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Financial Performance业绩表现

2. Selling 售卖
? Product Distribution 产品分销
? Selling products in line with promotional activities 促销卖进
? Pull sales order “拉动”订单
3. Demonstration 演示
? Deliver product functions and specialties by demonstrating samples and application recipes; 通过样品演示,展示产品功能特性
? Leverage sales kit to convoy selling points to customers; 利用助销工具进行销售陈述
4. End User Coverage 终端覆盖
? Assess and develop Food Service end user coverage plan and visiting target; 评估、制 定本区域餐饮终端拜访目标与覆盖计划
? 与主管共同制定每天终端固定拜访计划
? Drive new end user development 执行新终端开发
5. Customer Management 客户管理
? Execute regular business review and plan with customers; 定期与客户作业绩计划与回顾;
? Check and report end user inventory 检查终端进货和库存信息
? Establish customer database and update on daily basis; 建立每日更新客户列表
? Customer Contract /Agreement and DME management 合同及费用管理;
? Execute new product launch plans as agreed with marketing 按照市场部计划执行新产品 上市推广活动;
6. Reporting 报告
? Sale Order Report 进货记录
? Sales Forecast 销售预测
? Daily Customer Visit Report 每日客户拜访报告
? Customer Inventory Report 客户库存报告
? Competitor Information Collection 竞品信息报告
7. Process Management 流程管理
? Achieve Forecast accuracy 2 months prior to sales month 达到提前 2 个月预测准确率为75%
? Achieve 85% accuracy 1 month prior to sales month 达到提前 1 个月预测准确率为 85%
? Ensure all business expense submitted to Finance within two months from occurring time; 确保所有业务费用发生的两个月内递交财务部报销;
8. People and Culture 人员与公司文化
? Complete and drive personal KRA and development plan for self within specified time frame 在规定期限内完成个人KRA和发展计划

Requirements
Business/Technical Skills, 商业和技术技能
1. Strong relationship skills and Food Service contacts 极强的客户关系管理能力,具有餐饮行业客户网络;
2. Demonstrated negotiation skills 优秀的谈判技巧
3. Strong account management / planning skills 良好的客户管理和计划能力
4. Broad understanding of the Food Service markets, trends and developments. 对餐饮行业、市场趋势、发展方向有深刻的认识
5. Broad understanding of fats and oils industry, including current trends and developments – understanding of commodity market 熟悉食用油行业内趋势和发展方向
6. Understanding of technical aspects of fats and oils 了解食用油技术应用和配方知识
Essential Experience ( Technical and Behavioural):
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
2. Demonstrated experience with managing customers 具备丰富的客户管理经验
3. Experience within Food Service environment, either with customers, or in outlets.具备餐 饮行业经验
