Scope and Accountabilities

? To be
responsible for external warehouse sourcing and make cost offering for internal
customer;

? To
conduct monthly performance review with subcontractors;

? To be
responsible for warehouse Management System updating and maintenance;

? To
seek for existing process improvement;

? To
work closely with sales department and customer service to deliver quality
service to clients;

? To be
involved in sales project and design warehouse selection, layout, solution
& other technical support if any.

? To
provide on-site support if necessary;

? To
understand the cost elements in logistics expense;

? To
benchmark the sourcing price with market rate for cost development;

? To
expand warehouse vendor pool and keep maintenance regularly;

? To
support vendor management team for KPI, audit fulfillment & etc.

? To
come up with an optimize solution in some individual projects or biddings.

Qualification Requirements

?
Bachelor degree, major in SCM/Logistics related preferred;

? More
than 3 years warehouse related working experience in logistics industry with
preference to those with prior experience in CFS, bonded & non-bonded
warehouse, 3PL contract logistics;

? Be
familiar with export/import process, warehouse operation process, cross docking
process;

?
Familiar with local business environment and international business
requirement;

?
Ability to find and develop new warehouse resources to meet the requirement of
customer;

?
Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, Practical problem solving skill,
team work spirit;

?
Essential command of English

? Good
PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
