Synopsis:
As a Center Marketing Manager at EF English Centers, you will lead and manage an offline marketing team to identify the potential customers and support the Center Manager to drive sales revenue.

The role:

The Center Marketing Manager plays a key role in EF schools. You work closely with both Sales and Operation team to achieve sales target. You are a supporter of the Center Manager; you are also a coordinator of regional and national marketing events

You will:

• Develop and manage marketing strategy and budget to meet both short-term and long-term company objectives.
• Lead internal team members and agencies where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations.
• Booth Promoter recruiting, training and managing.
• Create, evaluate and negotiate the marketing campaigns. Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs.
• Build, develop and motivate a strong marketing support team to ensure the company reaches our goals through diversified marketing channels.
• Lead the team to design and execute market research and analysis on competitors, potential markets and market trends.
• Contribute to the total effectiveness of the company, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.

You have/are:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.
• 5+ years working experience in marketing function including more than 2 years in management position.
• Marketing management, sales driven and strategic planning experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
• Good analytical skills and sense of responsibility
• Good English skills in both written and spoken.

• 发展、管理市场策略和预算，完成公司的长短期目标；
• 带领内部团队和代理公司完成各类沟通及对外关系维护；
• 负责招聘、培训、管理宣传点位的市场推广专员及督导；
• 开展、评估各类市场部活动。管理活动效果的跟踪、汇报及分析；
• 通过不同渠道建立、发展有力的市场支持团队，确保公司达到各类目标；
• 带领团队设计并执行各类市场调查、分析，了解竞品、潜在客户及市场趋势；
• 坦诚布公、积极解决问题、发挥创造力，积极、投入工作，为公司总体绩效做出贡献。

你需要：

• 有本科或以上学历，主修工商、市场营销、传播等相关领域；
• 5年以上工作经验，其中至少2年在管理岗位；
• 有市场管理、销售及策略计划的经验；
• 注重细节，并有将项目从无到有地完全执行力；
• 良好的分析能力及责任心；
• 良好的英语书写及口语能力。
