Synopsis:

This is a position for dynamic people who want to develop their skill set in providing students with a meaningful communicative English experience. They will also want to expand their skill set in developing strong customer service delivery, event planning and marketing.

The role:

The Coordinator – Tier 2 Life Club is responsible, on an individual and team basis, for providing students with fun, real-life environments and situations in which students are provided with the opportunity to use and expand upon their previously acquired English knowledge and skills. This includes delivering events of the highest standard, creating topics, supporting developing materials, cooperating with various individuals (teachers, vendors, guest speakers etc.) and handling routine admin work.

You will:

1) Create, develop, prepare and deliver regular events individually and/or as part of a team. These in-center and out of center events should be of a consistently high standard clearly demonstrating the core values of Life Club.

2) Cooperate with center/s and all related external resources to deliver and/or promote Life Club events.

3) Plan and run events.

4) Actively promote Life Club events amongst all stakeholders and students.

5) Communicates regularly and when necessary with supervisors.

6) Work with the supervisor on specific work allocation and projects.

7) Work with the supervisors on developing and marketing Life Club events.

8) Manage budget and time effectively.

9) Communicate regularly with students to assess and track student satisfaction, interests, needs and any other relevant feedback.

10) Complete all necessary administrative duties fully and according to deadlines.
