Job Description：
Lead to the manufactory engineering process operation to match the objective of the Air cooled chllier section. To ensure the new product process followed and smoothly move to mass production. Continue process improvement; reduce the manufacture cost and improve efficiency.
1.Support value stream operations unit to define Standard work/time(SOE) and develop SOP for each process or station, develop and optimize process flow/ factory layout and implement, improve operations efficiency/productivity and capacity to meet company goals and customer satisfaction;
2.Support NPD, VAVE and other cost savings programs in UA section, define tooling and equipment specification, manage Operations improvement projects including but not limited to equipment, tooling, construction, negotiation, purchase and installation.
3.Assist quality department with SPC analysis, and day to day process behavior measuring, initiate root cause analysis and improvement actions based on internal quality data and customer complaints, standardize and optimize various process factors;
4.Assist EHS department to develop actions for employee safety, ergonomics assessment and improvements
5.Lead and push the standard works and C/T reduction to improve the manufacture process .
6.Work with plant OPEX team to organize the 5S, Employee Suggestion, Kaizens, Value Stream Mapping and other lean transformation activities, and define gaps and opportunities for improvement
7.To ensure the technical process, document integrate and accurate, be accordant with the ISO9001, Qs 3C and other products certifications.
8.Manage the UA Manufacturing Engineering team, and mentor, coach and develop the ME engineers .

Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor or above degree, prefer major in industrial/mechanical engineering or HVACR
2. Minimum 6 years manufacturing and plant operations related working experience, at least 2 years management experience in MNC manufacturing facility as a supervisor.
3. Good experience in 6 Sigma or LEAN implementation;
4. English and Mandarin fluent, both in writing and reading;
5. Project management skills/experience; good communication skill.
6. Preferred knowledge on air cooled chiller. Refrigeration graduation is prefer.
