Job title:
Chief Engineer of AP HVAC Chiller Engineering

Job Description:
Summary
Technical position with strong technical competency to provide technical assessment and direction to chiller design (including quality and reliability)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Work with new preduct development team to decide technical directions. Participate regular design review to ensure best possible solution is used for new product development.
2.Review and approve new product design and new product reliability at key milestones.
3.Actively partner with PM & marketing and 3rd party to identify new technology and technology trend for HVAC industry.
4.Establish new technology introduction projects based on priority
5.Actively manage regulatory requirement and regulation change guide improvement for existing product and guide regulation compliance for new product development.
6.Partner with PM & marketing to manage product roadmap and technology map. Provide input for new product development and new technology introduction prioritization.
7.Lead cross-functional team to solve major quality and reliability concerns for existing and new products.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree as the minimum. Master degree is preferred. Major in HVACR. Experience in control or electrical is plus.
2.10 years experience in A/C product simulation, design, testing and related experience.
3.Strong planning, problem analysis and solving skills.
4.Optimistic and good communication skills.
5.Good team player.
6.Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
7.Ability to work independently and self-motivated
