l Be responsible for food safety /ISO training, program update, implementation audit/check. Be a coordinator of QA team for government permit and third party audit.负责食品安全/ISO体系培训，程序更新，执行检查/审核。办理政府要求许可证或第三方审核中作为品管部的协调员。

l Communicate with QA manager, crush & refinery team, elevator/oil load out, supply chain and commercial team with any quality or food safety problem. Also coordinate with these departments to implement the quality and food safety management system in facility.负责与品保经理，压榨生产，精炼生产，物流/罐区，供应链以及商务部沟通与质量与食品安全有关的问题。同时协调各部门以贯彻麻涌工厂质量体系以及食品安全体系的执行。

l Implement and execute plant Food safety program per CFSRA requirements.按CFSRA要求贯彻执行工厂的食品安全程序

l Implement ISO program in the plant and prepare the ISO audit.贯彻和推动工厂的ISO体系，ISO审核工作的准备和安排

l Responsible for the planning, arrangement and monitoring of audits to verify compliance with all aspects of the quality and food safety system. Responsibilities shall include preparation of the audit schedule, reporting and follow up activities where appropriate.负责策划，安排，跟踪审核情况，以验证各方面的操作符合质量体系和食品安全体系。负责安排审核，完成审核报告，跟踪纠正行动。

l Maintaining of proper audit records (Existing records such as customer complaints, deviation reports, audit results, and other relevant information will be used to determine necessary steps required for preventive actions.管理和保持审核需要的记录（如客户投诉，偏离报告，审核结果及其他相关信息）

l Execute the training for employees with Cargill in-house knowledge including food safety and ISO also GHP, HACCP and so on.推进对员工进行培训，包括嘉吉的食品安全体系，GHP，HACCP，ISO体系等内容。

l Do supplier audit if need.需要时对供应商进行审核

l Bridging the gap between Customer and production. Paying special attention to customer requirements when specification is tailor- made. 缩小客户要求与生产之间的差距。关注对产品规格有特殊需求的客户要求。
