Responsibilities:

1.Support internal customers solution team for OG purchasing activity, including tendering stage for bidding, and OG purchasing activity in project execution stage
2.Manage competitive bidding for project purchasing: including RFQ, RFP, quotation analysis and negotiation with supplier about contract conditions and terms, contract preparing

3. Commodity management: buildup commodity management strategy, Key suppliers analysis and supplier consolidation, optimization; Commodity includes service subcontract, maintenance and repairing subcontract, etc.
4.Supplier management: new supplier assessment, supplier qualification certified; periodically review suppliers performance, maintain long-term cooperation with supplier, maintain and optimize supplier database.
5.To achieve purchasing team KPI target, digging cost down chance
6.Cooperate closely with internal customer to find the opportunity of optimizing the purchase activity, and implement the optimization.
7.Implementing all purchase tasks in compliance with the company procedure and policy
8. Gloal purchasing tools implementation: online bidding system etc.

9. Deliver monthly report and other required job punctually .

Requirement:

1. 3-5 years project sourcing and purchasing background,

2. Working experience in electric, automation, IT solution industrial background is favorable.

3. Understand cost analysis methodology

4. Experienced at contract commercial terms and purchasing risk management

5. Preferably understand Schneider Electric solution business.

6. Experience in global project is favorable

7. Great communication skills and good team work spirit
