Essential Responsibilities
• Leading engineering teams develop& standardize& optimize mfg process step.
• In charge new product& Process qualification &set up
• Technical ownership on productivity &EHS project exestuation.
• Drive a strong EHS culture in work environment. Responsible for process and product to make sure it in compliance module through permit reviewing and MOC approval.
• Manage financial, control both variable and base costs in engineering department through VCP&BCP project implement.
• Hire staffing and train teams, identify pipeline for organic growth
• Fulfill the requirement of ISO9001/14001
• Pursue continues improvement in work environment
• As a manufacture leader involving in new project implement and acceptance and handover.
Qualifications/Requirements
• BS in Instrument, Electrics or Mechanics engineering
• At least 5+ years in manufacturing engineering background,
• Fluent oral or written English
• Ability to work with cross functional team and work under pressure
• Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to customers, goals.
