Essential Responsibilities
The Process Analyzer Sales Manager will be mainly focusing in developing a strong distribution network in China for selling process analyzers in the industries, which produce high TOC water, and achieve company’s sales expectation. This person will work closely with China sales Manger, technical service & marketing application team in China.
• Lead the sales team to accomplish the annual sales goal.
• Formulate a distribution strategy, and will play a key role in strategic planning process and provide market development recommendations.
• Define tactical sales plans to penetrate the process analyzer markets
(Environmental/Petrochemical/Chemical/F&B)
• Analyze market trends, predict and provide the market assessment prior to the annual sales planning process
• Develop sales and marketing plans.
• Prepare and update sales forecasts monthly.
• Conduct product training for third parties.
• Work with third party sales organizations for providing excellent local services.
• Review and report the market development periodically.
• Will comply with all company policies including Environmental, Health and Safety requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related degree
• A minimum of 5 years of process instrument sales experience in petrochemical, chemical, F&B, or wastewater treatment industries.
• A proven sales record with a minimum of 10 years sales experience.
• A proven record of success in managing channels
• An independent, self-starter with ability to travel extensively (50 - 75%)
• Good public speech/presentation skills
• Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent communications skills
