职位描述

- For our Healthcare Sector in Wulumuqi, we are looking for a Regional Manager at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Sales Management Activities: Customer and Distributor Relationship Management
客户和代理商关系的管理
- Coach the team to meet(over achieve) area sales target, improve the profits
管理和辅导团队达成(超额完成)销售目标, 提高利润率
- Keep close contacts with distributors and key customers, including new customer acquisitions
日常与现有代理商和重要客户保持密切联系,并获得新客户
- Manage the instrument inventory well
管理好设备库存
- Coaching the team to enhance systems penetration and customer satisfaction in interaction with our brand promise

- Cooperate with project team
与公司的项目团队合作
- Marketing Activities: To analyze local market structures, changes and new market trends, review with team and react according to market

- To support team member to control of profitability of distributors, target groups, key products, instrument platform
支持团队同事对代理商的利润率、目标客户群、核心产品及工具平台进行管理
- To support and attend congresses, symposia, presentations etc
支持并参加研讨会、会议等
- Supports market research on the sales front and the corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT Department and Technical Support
支持市场调研,并将相应的情况反馈给销售/市场和技术支持部门
- Management Activities: Communicate with team timely for the company updates
与团队及时沟通公司信息
- Cooperate with related department to implement company management system, like PMP, L&D, finance etc
与相关部门协作, 如人事、 财务等以确保公司管理体系的执行(如绩效管理, 人员培训发展, 财务政策等)
- Coach and develop team members

- Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 6 years in medical device sales or related fields, familiar with technical products sales
- The ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Good understanding of the financial system operated within the company
- A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates
- Rich experience in sales and marketing within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record
- Sales, marketing, business development or relevant functions
- Strong leadership. Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiam for business growth
- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed backgrounds
