Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Customer development, include develop new customer and maintain exist customers, especially in shipyard area.
Achieve annual sales target set by company
Participate in negotiation with customer till sign the sales order
Work with other department to provide good service.
Participate in sales promotion activities
Support other department to receive the payment from customer
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Approximately 3 years of sales experience in welding industry or machine tool capital goods industry
Be a high achiever
Have the ability to sell value
Follow a disciplined sales process
Ideally will have an engineering degree
Speak and write English & Chinese
