Are you looking for a great opportunity to apply your research skills to help product teams develop consumer user experiences that are truly delightful? We are seeking a user researcher who is passionate about customers, and bringing that understanding to the table when solving hard problems.
We are helping our client PC peripherals that enable great PC experiences. We create leading-edge products, run a profitable business, and increase customer value and loyalty for Windows, Office, and other Microsoft products. Our core product lines include the Microsoft mouse, keyboard, webcams, headsets, and related PC products, and we do continual research to explore new opportunities. As a researcher in a small division, you would have visibility and impact across the organization from executive leadership to front-line designers, engineers, and marketing teams.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing user research on our various hardware programs and then seeing the execution of this research. This work will include a breadth of methodologies and so you will be a given an opportunity to expand your research toolkit to include field studies, prototype and concept tests, and quantitative survey work. Experience in all of these methodologies is not required, but the candidate must have applied experience in conducting usability lab studies as a foundation and the desire to grow their research skills. |
