Responsibilities:

I.Support Capex procurement group manager to ensure ongoing & new green/brown field project procurement scope implementation.

Manage 3rd party service partner on project procurement plan tracking and execution;

Guideline stakeholder/3rd party partner/suppliers follow Capex project procurement process & document standardization;

Alignment with stakeholder to ensure global /local capex strategy compliance;

Fulfil project life cycle procurement management through bidding / negotiation/ internal approval/ contracting management tasks;

Deliver cost avoidance target to achieve maximum ROI contribution to benefit company profit;

Deliver proper project close out procurement management;

Perform project lifecycle Supplier performance management;

II.Support Capex upgrade program procurement for exist plant product line &Supplier management

Mange exist plant Capex line upgrade program to ensure right process follow up and project procurement plan execution;

Fulfil project life cycle procurement management through bidding / negotiation/ internal approval/ contracting management tasks;

Ensure proper project close out process& document archive;

Deliver Capex cost control annual target ;

Solve daily supplying issues;

Perform Supplier relationship management & supplier continue development program ;

III.Support Capex LOF & BCS sourcing strategy development& program delivery

Perform candidate & exist supplier capability data collection &analysis according to project and company category needs ;

Support assigned Capex best country sourcing & cost reduction program;

Work with cross functional team to perform local supplier LOF capability continue development program;

IV.Compliance assurance

Ensure all purchasing activities are comply with procurement policy;

Ensure all required documents are properly prepared and approved;

Capex procurement transactional SOP optimize and standardization.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.

At Least 5 years post-qualification experience in CAPEX purchasing - prefer FMCG or Similar industry.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Good communication and present skill.

Good knowledge of Sourcing-to-pay process and supplier management.

Knowledge of Capex project procurement management.

Experience in essential procurement system (like ERP, Arriba,etc.).

Contracting and negotiation skill.

Good at team work and coordinate working environmental.

Self-Mgmt.: Needs to be self-starter, able to work independently.

Strategic Thinking: Strong business sense and impactful financial thinker, possessing sound judgement and strategic vision.

Quick learner and adapt to changes requirement.

Know how about key Capex equipment manufacturing process & cost structure.

Understand equipment technical (English) requirement will be a plus.

Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering would be a plus;

The candidate can travel in China frequently.
