Principal accountabilities

Policy alignment:
-Ensure complete procurement requirement document in time, that include: contract, bidding award, bidding record, and other requirement. Ensure no any audit issue.
-Ensure all executive price align with bidding result and approved by manager.
Supplier management:
-Ensure supplier’s capacity to meet MDLZ business requirements
-Be responsible for potential supplier development, ensure one qualified potential supplier on hand
-suppliers database set up that include all the “supplier report” information, and supplier position and MDLZ position in supplier
Achieve procurement and cross function productivity target:
-Be responsible for implement and achieve yearly saving target
-Be responsible for support cross function saving target achievement
-Identify productivity opportunity for next year
Marketing information:
-Analysis last year and this year material marketing information and link with our PM price change trend and set up price review plan
-Monthly competitors PM information comparison to seek opportunity
Daily business management:
-Provide quotation for R&D and marketing team in time
-Work with quality team to ensure the qualified material deliver
-Through supplier KPI to monitor supplier performance and push them improvement
-Be responsible for budget preparation
-Be responsible for PM team information collection and management
Prepare and conduct competitive bids for packaging materials and relevant NPD, gifting packaging supply under tight launching schedule


Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above
-5 years work experience and 3 years in Procurement is preferred
-Good knowledge of English & computer utilization
-Better for FMCG background
