岗位职责
Responsibility
1. To ensure the inspection work to be accomplished effectively and efficiently. Should instruct and plan daily products and producing process quality inspection.
2. To ensure document to be effective ，should accord the drawings and specification.
3. To ensure control on-line NC rate, should work with production line to improve the quality of the parts.
4. To ensure control on-line NC rate, should verify the major nonconforming final products, real assemble, coordinate the disposition and follow the status including return, rework, and so forth.
5. Follow up the close of CAR to ensure the root cause to be well addressed and corrective actions to be properly taken.
6. To ensure continuously improvement, should report the quality status on a monthly basis.
7. Be responsible for inspectors’ training.
8. To ensure document control, should be Responsible for the document control and Mo BOM release.
9. be responsible for handling quality complaint/return, and take corrective action to prevent it.
10. Make quality function during New product development, quality document preparation.

职位要求
Requirements:
Education Background:
Bachelor Degree, with engineering background is preferred.
Skill, Proficiency:
? good at oral and written English;
? Skillful in computer operation (Auto CAD, office software, network system, etc);
? Be familiar with SPC, MSA, FMEA tools
? Be proficient in quality tool using to solve quality problem, likes as 8D.
? Be good at project management on six-sigma.
? Having good ability to internal and supplier quality control.
? Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience:
Above 3 years working experience on quality control in foreign companies with manufacture function especially in Automotive supply chain;
Others:
Honest, diligent, conscientious and self-motivated, team work.
