Main Responsibilities

? Being a contact point in Supply Line (SL) during the major project lift cycle.
? Organize handover the project from Tendering Team, to understand the project scope and price in biding phase.
? Review the main contract & core specification; risk identification from “supply” scope / project schedule / cost / quality / project environment; announcement of Project corporate structure and communication response.
? Manage internal project team in SL and coordinate with Engineering
? Build up the Plan of the project
? Support Project Management on Variation Management, record all Variation Order(VO) and follow VO process
? Follow up the manufacture, implement quality control
? Coordinate logistic about shipping arrangement and support Finance invoice.
? Regularly report to and review project status with Area Manager, update the Billing Plan
? Follow up the Feedback (FB) case, implement finance report when complete delivery
? Project close with PM and internal, prepare Lesson and Learn report, Share with others.






Skills and Qualification:
? Over 3 years work experience in Manufactory industry, Elevator project management experience is preferred
? PC skills: Microsoft Office; Auto CAD; SAP etc.
? Good command of both spoken and written English;
? Proactive attitude and willing to learn new knowledge;
? Planning character
? Good team work, good communication and presentation skill;
? Excellent organizational and record keeping skill, along with strong interpersonal skills.
? Willingness to business travel
